People Management Certificate Series

Educators pose smiling with the certificates they earned

Over 150 Student Affairs managers have accepted a challenge to invest in themselves and in their teams by taking time to study and practice the critical skills of people management. The People Management for Student Affairs Educators workshop series brings managers together to learn and reflect on managing time, finances, employee performance, communication, conflict, and change. We also get to spend valuable time in community with fellow educators, discussing our challenges and supporting each other in building solutions.
